Move over, Erik the Red. Look out, Leif the Lucky. There’s a new Viking in town.

She’s strong and fierce, from those horns of bone to the rivets on her helmet…

to her thick blond braids.

Yarn may not be exactly Viking material…but hey, it’s softer than bronze, and a little lighter, too.

Enter Madeline: the Wild, Ferocious, and Brave.

Or maybe just Madeline the Sweet. And Lovely. As it turns out, a couple of blond braids is just what the kid needed.
