Hello, February–just a couple of days late.  After wading through January, it feels like February has come in like a breath of fresh air.  My shoulder is better, the sun is out, life just feels better.  And–yippee! we’re halfway through winter!

Making valentines. (Who is that svelte man in the doorway?) By the way, Sunday was our one hundred-and-twenty-second wedding month-iversary.  We still haven’t stopped counting.

Stuffed shells–a warm memory from my childhood.  I made it for my own kids for the first time. And for David, of course.

Reading through Exodus with colored pencils. I’m going slow this time, and not trying to read the Bible through in a year. I soak in so much more this way.

Always, every day, there are goats.

Happy February!

    Mimi,
Heather’s turning into a farmer! Does she have a website? I’d like to see her animals.

    Mom,
We like the chile lights too! (Hmm–who got those for us?) And it does look like a funny little tree or leaf in Pippa’s ear–I hadn’t even noticed. Yup, the extra daylight is GREAT. Pleeeeeaase, spring, come to Colorado before June! But then, we were the ones who wanted to live in the mountains. 😉
