christmas drama

Zia has been practicing for a Christmas drama for weeks, and this Sunday was the presentation at our church.  The story involves a time machine that carries a group of kids through the 20th century, then all the way back to the Bethlehem manger.

They donned different hats and props and sang a song for each decade. (Here they are in sweatbands for the ’80’s.)  The play was pretty cute, and it was lots of fun to see our girl up there.

They had beads and guitars for the ’70’s.

Straw Fedoras for the ’90’s.

They dressed for the war effort in the ’40’s.

Bethlehem.

At the end, Zia got a high-five…

but Pastor Dave forgot his costume. 🙂
