just a little froggy

I have been feeling a bit froggy lately. When it comes to exercise, housework, hiking, and even crafting things, I haven’t exactly fallen off the wagon–I’ve jumped. Ribbit.

In the midst of all that lack of motivation, I pulled out my needles and gave my frogginess a face–and here he is. He’s stuffed with a tennis ball to give him a nice little hop when he hits the floor. And that smile is enough to drive any leftover froggy feelings out the window, don’t you think?

The pattern is from somewhere— Susan B. Anderson, maybe? (I’ll post a link to it when I remember) and was fairly quick to knit up.

I boxed him up and sent him off to my niece, Madeline–along with another bit of knitting which I’ll show you in a day or so. And now, I’ll put a nice red smile on my face and hop off to finish hanging the laundry.
